Buyer outcomes
What it helps your team do.
- 01
Keep field questions moving
Use RFI, submittal, change-order, and transmittal workflows to make ownership and approvals visible to field and office teams.
- 02
Connect drawings to decisions
Bluebeam Studio connectivity brings markups into the correspondence workflow rather than leaving them in a separate conversation.
- 03
Work inside familiar tools
SharePoint, PowerApps, and Teams support site portals and role-focused dashboards with a traceable activity record.
Illustrative workflow, not a customer case study
How the work moves.
- Step 1
A site team identifies a drawing question and captures the relevant markup.
- Step 2
The RFI moves through the configured review and response workflow.
- Step 3
Field and office teams use the site portal to follow the response and its recorded approval.
Before you select scope
Deployment, licensing, and scope.
Hosting, integration, and licensing options differ by product across the Fuzion Companies portfolio. These details are confirmed during discussion.
Deployment
Discuss Fuzion-hosted SaaS or deployment in your private Microsoft 365 tenant. Review identity, access, Microsoft licensing, Bluebeam connectivity, and any SAP, Oracle, or Maximo integration requirements before selecting scope.
Licensing
Modules can be licensed together or separately. Configuration uses standard Microsoft tooling; extensions and integrations require an agreed scope, not an unlimited custom-development commitment.
Important qualification
Field QA/QC and inspections are planned capabilities, not a current module. Confirm the modules and integrations included in your deployment.
Questions and answers
Asked before every evaluation.
- How does FieldWorks differ from ConstructWorks?
- FieldWorks emphasizes Microsoft 365-native field productivity and Bluebeam-connected execution. ConstructWorks emphasizes deeper document classification, metadata, configurable forms, and document-control workflows.
- Can we start with a single module?
- Yes, modular licensing supports a focused starting point. Discuss the tenant prerequisites and dependencies for the module you need.
- Does FieldWorks include QA/QC inspections?
- No current QA/QC and inspections module is being represented here. That scope is planned and should not be assumed in a purchase or deployment.
