Our founder pulls a truck out of storage, picks up a loaned trailer and donated hay from CM Cattle Company in Prairie City, Iowa, and drives to Gate, Oklahoma — delivering hay to ranchers who lost everything.

Support Beacon Relief, Support Beacon Rescue, and Support Beacon Logistics share an engineering foundation shaped by field operations, while each product addresses a distinct audience and operational purpose.

The family is presented with separate product statuses so organizations can distinguish what is live from what is still being tested or planned.

Which SB217 product is live today?

Support Beacon Relief is the live product in the SB217 family. It provides full-stack disaster logistics for nonprofits, including donor and sponsor management, volunteer coordination, hauler dispatch, live logistics visibility, event and drive management, and mobile applications designed around field operations.

The platform was built for Rancher Navy and is described as adaptable to other agricultural or disaster-response nonprofits.

How does Support Beacon Relief help nonprofit operations?

Support Beacon Relief brings donor records, volunteer assignments, hauling activity, deliveries, and event workflows into one operational platform. Nonprofit teams can coordinate sponsors and recurring givers, schedule volunteers, manage dispatch activity, track trucks and loads, and replace scattered spreadsheets or group texts with structured workflows.

Its capabilities reflect problems encountered in active relief work rather than a generic enterprise feature list.

Is Support Beacon Rescue available now?

Support Beacon Rescue is currently in testing, not presented as a live general-release product. It extends the shared Support Beacon backend toward search-and-rescue work, with a mobile-first experience for volunteer ground-team coordination, field assignments, and live operational visibility developed around Rancher Navy’s volunteer operations.

Organizations interested in Rescue can inquire with the team while keeping its testing status clear.

What is the status of Support Beacon Logistics?

Support Beacon Logistics is a planned enterprise sibling of Support Beacon Relief, with Spring 2027 shown on the current roadmap. Its stated direction includes enterprise fleet management, DOT-related workflows and reporting, live tracking at scale, mobile dispatch applications, and an audit-grade event log for large logistics programs.

Because it is roadmap work rather than the live nonprofit application, the page directs interested organizations to inquire instead of treating it as currently deployed.

Why was the SB217 platform created?

SB217 grew from Fuzion’s response to the Ranger Road Fire in Gate, Oklahoma. After the team drove its own trucks into the relief effort, it built the first platform in six weeks so donor coordination, volunteer dispatch, hauling, and delivery work could move beyond manual processes and scale.

That operating experience remains the foundation for how the platform and its product family are described.
